By deviation of the penis we mean a distortion or curvature of the member. Depending on the degree of curvature it may be aesthetically displeasing and painfully disrupt or even preclude sexual intercourse. The distortion may exist from the time of birth, but it may also occur later, for example following injuries to the penis or urethra.
Up until now this type of curvature has always been corrected by surgery, with the consequence that the member was shortened by up to 3-5 cm. In the surgery the longer spongy body (corpus cavernosum) is adjusted to the size of the shorter body by "taking in" or cutting out the surplus tissue to straighten the penis. The appearance of the member following the surgery is not exactly imposing.
The loss of length triggers serious psychological problems in many patients. The application of constant tension for a period of time in the appropriate direction using Phallosan enables this curvature to be eliminated or at least diminished without surgery. The penis will not, however, become shorter in the process: as a side effect it will even become longer and thicker! To date it is the only procedure worldwide by which an incurvate penis can be treated without surgery.
Induratio Penis Plastica IPP
Spiral-shaped calluses on penis
This ailment is characterized by more or less prominent calluses on the skin of the corpus cavernosum by excess
formation of connective tissue. A scientific explanations for this has yet to be found. Certain groups have proved to be susceptible to IPP, including many
The calluses (plaques) cause painful distortion of the member, and this impedes or prevents sexual intercourse.
Temporary alternative to surgery
PHALLOSAN forte can certainly be recommended as a temporary alternative to surgery, particularly in consideration of the fact that it will in no way prejudice further treatment options.
