Reduction of penis size by obesity

By retractio penis we understand a condition in which the member retracts into the subcutaneous fat due to increasing obesity. The best method of "treatment" is obviously to reverse this condition by weight reduction.

Therapy with PHALLOSAN®

If this is not successful, the penis can be drawn out of the fatty tissue with the aid of Phallosan, a continuous stretching procedure. Paraplegics, in whom this phenomenon is aggravated by paralysis of the stomach muscles and the wheelchair sitting position, may also use PHALLOSAN®, although it is currently suitable only for continent paraplegics, since a condom capable of simultaneously drawing off reflex urine is not yet available.
